Ingredients
250ml Almond milk (or any other non diary milk)
2 Tbsp cacao powder
1 small bar of 90% raw chocolate (we love Ombar)
1 tsp of Taiki Tea matcha
Pinch of cinnamon
sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional)
Method
1. In a saucepan over a medium to high heat add the milk, mixing in the cacao. Whisk well.
2. Break up and pop in the chocolate, leaving to melt for a couple of minute.
2. Add a little water (cold or warm) to the matcha powder to make a paste, add this to the saucepan along with the pinch of cinnamon. Stir well.
4. Once your hot chocolate is hot, decant into your favourite mug and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
