Ingredients
50g of chia seeds
50g of desiccated coconut
5g Taiki Tea matcha powder (culinary or premium)
200ml of coconut milk
Optional: fruits and coconut chips for topping
(makes two servings)
Method
Add 50g of chia seeds and 50g of desiccated coconut to a medium bowl.
Mix in approx 5g of matcha powder (culinary or premium)
Slowly blend in 200ml of coconut milk taking care to ensure that the matcha does not clump.
Cover and leave for approx 4 hours (or overnight) in the fridge. It's good to give it an occasional stir as it starts to set. Add more milk if it goes too frog spawny.
To serve, top with your favourite fruits and some coconut chips. Yum!
